This happends to me too, my face keep changing with the stupid bandana. The same with this too, but i have noticed this recently. So maybe a bug after an update?

Could actually be a fun idea to add in to the city. Would probably be a lot off work to make it work. But i think it would be pretty different and would add in a lot more RP +1
