i agree from a police perspective it should be slightly longer to activate the point i would like to make is NHS on duty are very rarely causing issues with people to end up in that situation we RP as NHS as a way to help the community and don't go looking for trouble so would say NHS like fire...

I don't know if this has been suggested already but i think a good implantation to the medical alert pings would be on the patient side when and if NHS accept the dispatch it could tell the person injured NHS are on the way to help, i think this has a few pro's and con's which will be listed...

I've not seen the issues but surely that would mean if your setting up a stinger site it has to be predetermined which is annoying as ideally it would be better to see the vehicle coming and place them based off of there direction when coming towards you
