More often then not "shutting down a situation too early" will encroach on some of our internal rules and guidelines. Submit complaints and they'll get dealt with. SGT+ cannot be around all the time and by raising evidence to pol com via complaints these issues can be looked at as a faction.

If officers are utilizing their taser too quickly this is a matter for the unit that has oversight of taser. Make a complaint ingame and it'll get dealt with I assure you (my unit)

Unfortunatly your suggestion does not take into account the people who are only interested in playing as Police. Do you think people will just go "Oh, I can't play as Police; I'll give crim a go tonight"? Unfortunatly though this may be the case for some people, other people will just not play...

I'm so glad to see this suggestion doing well! But yea I totally agree: a minority may spoil it for the majority so this problem should ideally be designed out by what you've suggested.
