    Amen brotha! Everything is go gatekept or impossible to get (Coolant) either give crimes way more to do, increase payouts to make the risk worth it or reduce the police count. Otherwise there's not going to be any crims in 2/3 months. Give Slavs and Misfits WL, The server needs livening up.
