As far as I am aware they did remove the cred for just breaking the till you have to do the full robbery, but some people are just arseholes and break your till over and over because they want to troll you

I would say to tweak this abit to more along the lines of a person can only rob a shop once per storm, yes you can still be hit many times but it stops people like coming back to the same shop every 5 mins, like when you find the same person robbing the same pharmacy over and over again
