I often use this feature to get people's IDs to give them items, keys, etc without having to ask for ID as it feels a bit odd to do when roleplaying.  Maybe it could still have a cool down but a reduced one? Something like 60 seconds still stops most abuse of the feature. 

I liked the yearly badges you were awarded for being a longstanding member, they seem to be gone as well.

After the latest update these 2 buttons don't do anything. Not posting a console screenshot as nothing shows up in the console when clicking the buttons.

Or just automatically put the seatbelt onto restrained people being placed in vehicles with no input required from the police. Would hopefully make it easier to implement as there wouldn't be a need for new UI.

What the title says. It really isn't very user friendly for a completely new player to spawn in and have no way to tweet a question, call a taxi or call the Police/NHS. Also giving people a phone when being realesed from prison would be nice as Police/Gruppe 6 generally confiscate them before...

I remember hearing civilians searching people they have ziptied is something being worked on/to be worked on, but I'm not sure where I heard it so might be wrong.
