There is already the 'turnnuioff' command (courtesy of @Archie) which serves a smilar, but not entirely the same, purpose - give it a go and see if it fixes your issues

Recently the UI elements have all been really slow and unresponsive after the server has been at peak numbers for a while - have noticed it for CAPS, F1, inventory and phone 

@Warwick What Archie has done is great - but the client-side issue still remains as a gate can be closed and locked for you whilst someone else can drive straight through it

Have noticed that the gates only close/open clientside a couple of times now. It seems you have to be right next to the gate for it to close on your end. Goes for prison, police and cell gates/doors EDIT: Hope this shows it a bit better https://i.gyazo.com/645525f6ad5c6a8b467727b527453a82.mp4

Suggestion: Replace/retexture current American road signs and props to be more British. Eg this mod: https://www.gta5-mods.com/misc/united-kingdom-road-signs I know that the bigger overhaul mods have been denied previously for various reasons but adding something smaller like this is hopefully...

Suggestion: Make it so that you have to stay in the vicinity of the safe during the timer countdown instead of being able to run off to hide until the timer is up. Pros: Stops the horrible meta where people just pick the lock, run off for 200 secs and then come back and collect the money...

Believe this was to some degree implemented in last night's update. There are now tutorial NPCs spread around the city.  Hopefully whenever @Mike Pologets time there is gonna be a tourist brochure with that kind of info for new players - I'll send it to you in DMs if you've got anything to add 

This is something I've seen on a lot of other server, mainly police focused ones though. It has its pros and cons with the main pro obviously being easy callouts for police pursuits, meetings, 999 calls etc etc and the main con being a more cluttered map. If it is done with a decent postal code...

Massive fan of this to be honest. It's ridiculous how many people have literally 100+ speeding tickets at the moment with seemingly no intention to pay up, and the police have no way of enforcing them unless you get stopped/arrested for unrelated reasons.
