I think this was looked into but put on hold as none of the pre-existing scripts worked well enough or were of a high enough standard.

I'd prefer cars being balanced the other way. Nerf the ridiculously fast import cars to levels that match the vanilla ones. This would also mean you could nerf the police cars and it would in general result in less stupid fast chases and cars blowing through LS on the server.

Been a issue since day one, and no offence to the dev team intended, but I don't know how it hasn't been fixed yet.  (Also, this is probably more of a bug report)

Maybe actually interact with other people, do some actual RP on the RP server? Find someone else to process or mine for you, don't do the entire process on your own. The current leveling system encourages player interaction and specialization.
