    Hummingbird Scrapped by Police Officer.

    Hello there, This afternoon I was at the cashpoint in Athira and someone got in my chopper and crashed landed it 2m further. On my way too the helipad to get my hummingbird back a police officer scrapped and crushed it...... is this within the rules? Thanks for your time, [RAC]Yayoikori
