    Question about A3 settings

    Hi, My PC specifications are ; FX 8350 R9 280X 8GB DDR3 I am getting a SSD as well in the near future  My question is can I get more FPS then 30? My video settings on low or ultra are giving me the same FPS Can I do anything to get more FPS, and will a SSD help with loading citys and stuff?
