I'm also having issues since the update. You are not the only one.

I also had this the other night, my frames dropped to 4 and the game was unplayable. Had to do a clean install of Arma3 and validate the steam files. Since the new update the game has had a lot of problems.

Only started last night for me. Never seen it before the update. We tested it and it was fine when you take your clothing off?

Anyone else experiencing this since the update last night?  https://postimg.org/image/5tugzshav/  It seems like some of the character models have become distorted.

I will post my logs too when I get home this evening. This is also something that has been happening to me. I think it's since the latest map updates. 

I think another good one would be hands above your head "SHIFT + J" that seem's to be something a lot of people struggle with.
