So I was just cruising in my ARAC vehicle when I see some guy had flipped his car on its side, I go to speak with him and he says "just reverse your car into mine and unflip it" I hesitate as I know exactly what will happen, but I felt if I didn't do something the blood would rush to his head...

People are split on this. Some say they're legal, some say they're not. I was under the impression that they were in fact legal and, when I was a civ, it was my main source of income.  Now, the question... Are frog legs legal or not?
