How do I get my money back for the other two as I don't need 3 of the same heli 

I think the person dealing with my ban appeal has forgotten about me. he has not messaged me back in 3 day's but I have seen that he had been online and dealing with other people's ban appeals is there anyway of speeding this up I really want to get back on the server it's killing me not been...

I have made two ban appeals thinking that the first one did not register because I filled orbit wrong in regards to id and reason for ban.How do I delete the latest one as I don't want it to effect my appeal and be classed as bumping can someone help me with this please.
