Everytime I go inot the game it gets stuck on the loading screen.. Any suggestion on how to fix this??

I use to play on this server a couple years back for a long time.. I use to rush home and jump on with my old gnag mates. I'm only just coming back to the game I've forgotten How to put hands up Dance/piss If you could tell me it'd be much appreciated:)
