What counts for "bumping" your appeal? 

Its been a while since I have played on the server and I was wondering whether gang bases have made a return and if so how do they work? I've seen people like Gen. Blaze talk about it, in other forum posts. 

To put things straight I was addicted to Arma 3, and I really should have been revising for my exams, I was playing from when I got in from school until I when to sleep and on weekend was pretty much the same story,  so I got banned so I could focus on my revision and not have anything to play...
