Yeah nice idea, like a seat capacity 

Maybe in this menu when removing vehicles from a garage it could show the total storage of the vehicle and how much of the storage is currently used (i.e. 265 / 500). Especially helpful for when you're in a gang or business and have multiple vehicles sometimes with materials already inside.

Maybe it'd be cool to have speed camera vans. It'd add some more opportunities for rp with people posting locations on Tweedle and police being able to drive out to specific locations and setup the camera vans. Might be a bad idea, let me know your thoughts.

How exactly would this work if your character is like ancient already? Would there come a point they'd stop aging or something? 

I think it'd be pretty cool if you could purchase a funnel or some kind of siphoning device and you can siphon fuel from vehicles. Perhaps to keep it balanced the fuel could only be siphoned from unlocked vehicles.
