I get what your saying because i wont attend a dispatch when I'm on taxis because 9 times out of 10 your getting robbed or they just don't pay you. 

I do think the business phones could be used more and maybe getting receptionist jobs aswell. I've been with the rangers about 9 months and only just realised they have a business phone lol .

I deffo think this should be a thing as not much really happens for us as rangers.  Having generated jobs would be really good and fun to do.

This would be a good idea as it does get abit lonely doing them jobs. Having the chance to do it with your friends would make it abit more fun.
