+1, but surely the classic courier bike the Fixter can't be excluded. Just let any bicycle work for it imo, OR have a variant of a scorcher with a pannier rack and bag.

F6 should be available off the bat, often groups of friends will want to start a new group together no need to limit that. Whitelisted group limits should be common sense by the seniors in the group.

+1, the prices for cosmetics now are kinda nuts. I think for cosmetics an extra part is added for each slot you go down the list, for some cars that have many options this makes the later options silly expensive, especially for small stuff like interiors. Would be better if the prices were...
