Which Server did this happen on: 2
Description of what happened: ANPR'd a vehicle seen it was wanted CI followed it then crashed, they got out and opened up on us without RP.
Also Mitar and GaMZ combat logged.
What Rule Was Broken ?: 3B/2E
Have you tried to resolve with the player before posting?: Once they disconnected i didn't see them connect back nor be in TS
