I join altis life uk this week. i have had some laughs but all in all i think civilians should white list. its just not series enough. first off i got robbed in a green zone, nothing happened and the police done nothing did not even reply me, half the time there are no medics on and i kept getting my 5k back back looted off me. i kept getting run over.. its a UK themed server and everyone drives on the right side of the road. UK its left side so someone crashed into me and then killed me for being on the wrong side (i was on the left)  police also did not help me when i was kidnapped and shot. most people mics are way to low and i have mic volume on max. no one role plays and some if your lucky say hello.  its out of control sometimes. and cars are blowing up and everyone is going crazy. some people are masked and just rob or shoot me for no reason. i like the game and this server it just needs to be more strict. and by the way i bought a 112000 truck and an unannounced server restart happened and i lost the truck, not in my garage and moneys gone. went to make a report and theres nothing they can do cause i cant prove i bought it,  no one told me i have to record everything i buy. or i would have, so theres no point in playing the game to make money back i lost on a restart just to get robbed,killed or bugged and lose your money and stuff anyways.. love yah guys hope you improve.. laters

Thanks for your feedback, Let me try and answer a few points.

• If you got robbed in the Greenzone then record it and upload a video that person will then get banned, We have a very committed team who give up a lot of time but they will never be able to watch every single player so we massively need the community's help in reporting offending players.
  
• We could white-list but there are two massive problems with this one being time reading peoples applications and interviewing them, the second is it drowns out any new players wanting a stress free experience, the way i see doing that is everyone is guilty and a bad player until interviewed.
  
• We are well aware we drive on the left hand side of the road... most of the admin team have cars, however if you want to write to Bohemia and get them to do an alternative version of Altis where they switch all the signs facing the other way then please do! Until that we cannot possibly change our rules so we will keep driving on the right, RP wise Altis is a Greek island and in an area of Europe that drives on the right.
  
• Sounds to be like your just staying in Kavala... to be honest Kavala is always going to be a bad area (thats why its twinned with county Durham)... try other areas that's where you will find our usual players, they tend to stay out of Kavala as much as possible (trolls live there unfortunately and not just under the bridge)
  
• Server needs to be more strict ?.... I think we are pretty much on key with strictness and remain one of the strictness RP community's of a large size online, most bans are perm unless successfully appealed, we are also approaching 7000 bans.
  
• Have you checked the stats page for your steam ID to see if its showing a truck or checked the date you bought the truck on the money graph to see the money decrease, usually that will be all you need for a comp request.
  

Your final point is unfortunately your choice, if the server is not for you its just not for you... maybe find a friend to play with if you find on your own your getting robbed too much (or move away from Kavala its a big island!), I can assure you the Police are doing the best they can.

well thanks for the in detail reply there.. im willing to give it more time and keep my shadow play open at all times now.. and i will now drive on the right side of the road .. i did look at my stats but i spoke to someone in ts and he just ended up leaving after telling me to wait haha so im a lil lost. anyways thanks i hope i come to enjoying the server and getting some good role play
