Add a consent button to vehicle placement?

People don't like the current "dumping" meta from reading roubles thread.

I raised this issue as a potential rule conflicting some time ago. 

I'm reposting now in case opinions have changed. 

Add a consent button to vehicle placement to potentially prevent unwanted dumping of a player? 

Simple yes or no - do you wish to be placed in this vehicle? 

Doesn't stop the shit heads shooting you for taking the piss out of them but also does bring an end to the grief play after.
