add a local ambulance for when NHS is not on the server

so with this suggestion i think adding a local ambulance would be very good for when NHS are not on the server from around 11pm to the morning - afternoon time. recently ive seen alot of people playing the server at crackhead hours grinding and sometime there will be very unlucky ways of people dying from stuff like game bugs or cars sometimes spawning infront of them and when people are grinding at them times they could be carrying very expensive stuff and when you die at 4am to a game bug and NHS are not on it can be very very frustrating, so i was thinking of maybe adding something were if you are downed and NHS are not available then a local ambulance after 20 mins of being dead comes out and helps to get you up FOR EXAPMPLE adding a few /me's from the local ambulance and then they airlift you to pillbox

Soh, Gamebugs when recorded and you open a compensation request will more than likely have it compensated.
Or you get lucky and get picked up by someone else ooooor, you you are unlucky.
