Add some lighting and clean the floor up

I rent a shop out called auto repair up in mirror park and I have issue at night when serving customers the garage shop is super dark, Can we get some lighting installed in the shop please and if possible can we maybe get the floor cleaned up a little, looks bad for business with all the trash on the floor.
