Bank Transfer Name

Brief Summary:
Change the bank transfer name notification from steam name to roleplay name. 

Detailed Suggestion:
Currently when you get a bank transfer, the person who sent you the money shows up with their steam name as opposed to their roleplay name. Change this to their roleplay name. 

The Pros:
- Makes it look better
 

The Cons:
- There aren't any. 
 

Does this suggestion change balance on the server ?
Nope.
