Banned as my account got hacked on the discord.

I was banned on my discord account as it got hacked, obviously this is totally fair but i contacted discord and it has all been sorted, i have 2fa now and my account is secure. i was hoping i would be able to unbanned, the unban appeal doesnt work as i dont know any of the stuff so im in a tricky situation.  I cannot play as whenever i try to i just get prompted to join the discord server.
