Summary: Bugs with Otto's shop

Full Description:
When walking inside the MLO people can go invisible, and be unable to be heard.

There are two sets of doors, if you lock and unlock the shop only people that wasn't close to the doors when locked can go in like normal, for everyone else it is locked but states that the door is unlocked.

The fuel pumps blow up constantly, randomly, all the time. CC with @Blake Andrews and @Phoenix Ashes and they can tell you all about it.
