I've been in the server for a while and now that I'm more into the car buying scene, I've craved owning my own Caterham Seven. For those who don't know the story of The Seven, it was once made by Lotus and they were questioning stopping production of the car due to the numbers it was selling. Therefore, the Caterham company was made to take over production of the Seven until this day.
Lotus and Caterham are some of the most well known British car brands and adding the vehicle would not only improve the British brand of the server, but definitely please a few unique car enthusiasts in the server.
I now create this post to hopefully find a few like minded individuals who love the idea of Caterhams. A quick search only brought up one other post from a couple of years ago now so I hope to revive the idea of this becoming a possibility.
The Pros:
A true British icon added to the search
Diversity in the car pool
Helps form an additional car scene - kit cars
The Cons:
Development work for the devs to make sure the vehicle is at the standard expected from the server
Balancing to make the car true to its real life counterpart but not overpowered
Potential texture/mesh work for the devs
Does this suggestion change balance on the server ?
Adds another vehicle to balance so yes me thinks?
