Description of what happened: We were flagged down by a hobo to help him and his friends who were under fire by a sniper, we got to the area and I was shot right away. Since I knew the situation was hostile I did not think too much about it as RDM. I was revived by medics and recovered my items, I asked the hobos why my gear was taken and they said because the sniper was still out there. I took cover and scouted the hills and engaged the sniper who had engaged me. I killed him, as I did he combat logged so we could not loot his gun. After he had a little RDM spree I did feel this was very cheap and obviously not what is wanted on the server.
What Rule Was Broken ?:
2E) Logging/Combat logging at any point where you are in RP is exploiting. Some examples of this: during a firefight, being chased by the police, arrested by the police, while dead awaiting medic, logging to save gear, logging while ziptied (Punishment is a permanent ban without appeal*)
Have you tried to resolve with the player before posting?: He combat logged, have not seen him since
