Your footage doesn't show a speaker however if the situation you've described did occur I'd recommend you open a bug report up with the proper footage, as I mentioned in this persons request due to the developers not being aware of the situation you've described and until the developers can investigate and confirm that this is a bug, your compensation request will be DENIED. 

Until the issue can be investigated, I'd avoid placing portable speakers inside the mines and get that bug report up ASAP with the proper footage.
