Please Provide Full Details: I went to play some hands of blackjack and noticed double bets were coming out of my inventory. i did 2 50k hands equalling to 200k coming out of my inventory. i noticed my clipping wasnt working so i restarted it and then got a clip of the "bug" leading to another double bet happening again.

I have lost 300k in total and also lost out on 100k winnings as when it took my "double" bet i only received 50k instead of 100k as it took 50k out of my inventory due to the bug in question.

@Burdyy You don't have any footage at all of your previous bets?
Looking at the records available, there is a log of the bets shown in your clip, but nothing before that which is quite strange.

Regardless, this is the compensation guidelines for any blackjack related issues, therefore you would need to provide a clip either way.

With that said, I'll leave this open for now so you have a chance to double check, if there is definitely no footage then we would issue a compensation of 35,000 blackjack tokens?

there is definitely no other footage but also would i get compensated for the extra 50k i didnt win as it did take the 50k out? but only gave me 50k back with a win which should have been 100k? @JackJohnson

You would only be compensated for what you have actually lost. Similarly to if someone NVLs during a robbery and people aren't able to steal their gun for example, we wouldn't issue compensation for the potential gains.

I have gone ahead and issued the compensation for the lost blackjack chips. They are available to collect from city hall.
