I highly recommend setting up Nvidia GeForce (Have at least 5-10 mins of recording(Instant Replay)) 

unfortunately in order to seek compensation we do need sufficient evidence which in your case no evidence has been provided, ultimately meaning that we are unable to provide compensation so this request will be closed.
