I bought a house this evening, i went up to the door and paid for it, i haven't given any keys to anyone . i went in and was looking for the 7.5 k storage ? and there was a cardbord box in the bathroom , so i placed my few items of value into it, i then went out and carried on being a good little taxi driver and on my rounds bought some stuff for the house, came back to the house and the cardboard box is missing along with my items?
obviously i didn't record as i thought this box was the storage that came with the house

Good afternoon @Eddie Edwards,

I understand you are a new(ish) player here on the server so I will try to explain this as best I can to help you understand why this compensation will be declined.
All houses/apartments on the server have an accessible storage for this specific reason and must be utilized when inside the house.
You enter the same house each time, but are teleported somewhere far away into your apartment which if you leave, the next person will be allocated even though it's different houses.
Keeping your items in storage ensures that it is kept within YOUR house specifically and nobody else can access it.

By leaving your items in a box on the floor, you have exited your house and another player has been allocated that specific plot upon entering their house and would have found your items just randomly on the floor of their house. 
This means the items would have still in the game somewhere, if I was to compensate this then it would be duplicate items now in the server.

I hope this helps explain for the future so that moving forward the mistake does not happen again.

Just to add, this compensation does not have any evidence of the items you claim to have had.
It is your responsibility to provide evidence to a compensation request so that we can investigate it fully.
