I'll be honest, this screenshot isn't really giving us a whole lot to work with and won't suffice as evidence.

Either way, sadly there's not much we can do about client-side disconnects, hence it's considered a user error. I'm not sure what happened to your crate, but it's safe to say it didn't just magically disappear into thin air. With a bit of luck you might be able to find out what happened to it!

Compensation requests require some sort of evidence to be processed. Since there isn't any, this one will be denied.

For the future, it is always handy to have some sort of clipping software active, shadowplay, medal etc. Incase something like this happens again!
