Lost items and total value of compensation: £40,000 technically but i would have won so I think it should be £80,000

I've had a look into the footage provided by yourself and can indeed confirm you've managed to lose your blackjack chips due to a bug (I can see this bugging out in the bottom right corner).
We do not unfortunately compensate for items you would have won, as they are not yet yours so you've not lost them.

I will be compensating you the following items today:
