Good afternoon @leon smith, I hope all is well!

Unfortunately, a compensation on behalf of your friend is not able to be accepted.
I did speak to the player in game due to the OOC messages gaining my attention, it was explained that we need footage from their POV. Without this, I cannot see if they have intentionally stood up or have been bugged.

Due to this, I will be declining this compensation request today.
