Please provide full detail and evidence: I was at the container place with others and we was checking levels of our containers and when I selected the 3rd container nothing popped up right away so I clicked again and as I click the menu popped up and I purchased an alarm for 800,000 I do not have a direct clip as my medal corrupted
Apparently this has happened to others aswell could I suggest a confirm purchase after as this could resolve the error re occurring

There's been some internal discussion over this compensation request. 
Ultimately, this incident falls under user error. You weren't looking properly at what you were doing and selected an unintended option which could've been avoided.
As per the Wiki guidelines, this should be declined.

As it's the first time this has happened to you, we can propose the following;

A) You keep the alarm and the compensation gets declined.

B) We remove the alarm, and you'll be compensated £400,000 in place.

In that case, I will request the removal of the alarm on the container, as soon as it is removed your £400,000 will be compensated and you can pick it up from the usual place.
