5. Please provide full detail and evidence: We were just processing high grade weed 20 minutes ago and suddenly the server crashed. It wasn't a server restart because the time (for me) was 0:30 past midnight.

i can only compensate you for the items visible in your recording Your video only shows you having 217 units of high grade weed, therefore i can only compensate you for that ammount.
