This happened sometime after 9:05 PM 24th August.
As you will see in the first video, I withdraw 25k from an ATM and go to get a livery on the Avarus. Unfortunately I timeout (you can hear my discord timeout in the background )when I try to purchase the livery and it takes my money but doesn't give me the livery. In the second video you can see that the 25k has been taken from my pockets. Later I tried parking and retrieving to see if the modification was there but it was not.

Generally we do not compensate items/money when the issue is not on our end (server issue). However in this case I will issue you a compensation for £25000 as I believe either the changes to your vehicle or your money should have registered.
