Description of what happened: I was walking back from the Police HQ after seemingly my car was gone. He kept following me rounding the corner before me. Then i went into my (Y) inventory and back out again. At that point i wanted to but my PDW back in my hands. He rounded the corner saw the animation of the gun was being put back in my hands. At the same time he told me to put my hands up. At that point i could not and he shot me. He then told me some nasty stuff that was not in RP.
The animation for taking out a gun is very clear and i do think he did not give me a chance either to respond or do what he said. And after the he became verbal.
What Rule Was Broken ?:
3B) RDM - Random Death Match Definition:
Shooting at someone without engaging in any form of quality role play (eg. Giving enough time for them to comply with your order) is considered RDM. (Punishment is a ban)
1C) Swearing at someone outside of roleplay is not tolerated and punished by a ban
