The Fire Service on the server has a downed alert that goes out if they are incapacitated (with a caveat of how it functions). I purpose the idea of a similar feature for the NHS, G6 and Police when they press R to "alert NHS to your location [SOS]" or even put another option e.g. press P to "alert of a downed emergency worker [Emergency]"
The reason I suggest this is due to the principal of the pressing R to alert the NHS. Its projecting the idea that a member of the public has seen you and has alerted the NHS or you're capable enough to report your own incapacity (if you're out in the middle of nowhere, it doesn't work). Either way making the emergency worker a priority. This priority would be for the betterment of the server imo. If a NHS worker goes down, it would direct NHS to assist them first, meaning more people would be assisted with more NHS "alive". If police/G6 goes down, it would direct police/NHS to respond and help bring a culture change to the server of 'do the bad thing and flee, rather than stick around for the cops/g6 to show up'.
I think the option of e.g. press P to "alert of a downed emergency worker [Emergency]" would need to have a timer to it of e.g. 1 minute to prevent a Cop/G6/NHS worker from going down and instantly sounding the alarm for a fairness/balance purposes. I also think both options should be available as not every incapacitation would require an emergency response (like Hank Summer's Driving).
I do understand that this would make the current dynamic of the server harder for criminals, however, I think it would change the dynamic for the better of, commit the crime and the flee the scene, which could help change things up. - I don't expect everyone will agree with this, I do however think it would be a good idea and change things for the better. If it was deemed to be too strong of a feature, you could just up the timer the emergency worker had e.g. from 1 minute to 2/3/4/5 minutes or even require the police to have their radio on their person to call out, which the crims can seize, preventing the call out without having to bring the person to a secluded area. Plenty of options to ensure its fair/reasonable.
