Exclusive Housing Auctions

Brief Summary:

It would be interesting to have mansion styled houses auctioned to the highest bidder.

Detailed Suggestion:

There are a few very well know property's throughout the island of Los Santos for example the villa as pictured below or the "play boy mansion" in richmond along with many other locations. It would be an intresting idea and why for the local council to build up funds as well as draining money out of a potentialy over inflated economey. It would be cool to see more diversity in property's and be able to make them more unique to your desired taste.





The Pros:

. Help drain money out of the economy

. Give players who have alot of money more to do 

. rewards hard work with a show of status

The Cons:

. none as owning own provides no advantage 

Does this suggestion change balance on the server ?

. this suggestion does not affect the balance of the server, masnions will work the same as any other house
