Description of what happened: While attending an incident 2 kids in an SUV drive up and immediately start trolling. When restrained, they start to Fail RP, breaking roleplay and write personal insults in direct.
What Rule Was Broken ?: Fail RP and personal insults
Have you tried to resolve with the player before posting?: They didn't take anything seriously and did not appear willing to resolve anything.
