Fallout New Vegas Dust Mod - Possibly the Hardest Game Ever!

So I kept getting raptured or whatever it was happening in Altis yesterday evening. I would pass out and wake to see loads of empty cars in the streets. I decided to have a go at something I've been meaning to try, namely Dust the Fallout New Vegas mod. It is a survival simulator were you have to keep hydrated and rested as well as avoid nasty monsters and bandits in the Mojave desert. I'd heard it was a bit difficult.
