The food drop off at power st in the city (big green building is the location) doesnt have a circle to actually deliver to. There is a map marker but it is inaccessible to us. We cannot "enter" the door it specifies and the circle is not on the roof either. I have been all round the location to try to find the circle and its just impossible to get to. A friend of mine has just had the same issue so we decided to submit a bug report.
