The dev team are aware of this, We have tagged them already about it, I assume they are currently investigating it.

No longer a bug, was due to database maintenance  by Ciaran. Posts and profiles were temporarily not available as the disk space was upgraded.

Looked it up IPS and the error code indicates an error with the database, thanks @CMO Norman!
