Description of what happened: Was in pursuit of an Ifrit, which VDMed a hobo in Kavala, when proceeding in the pursuit, it nearly VDMed me on multiple accounts, then a stolen hunter showed up, having to dodge it once and when when it connected with my vehicle it caused us to fly in the air almost blowing us up.
 
What Rule Was Broken ?: 3A) VDM
 
Have you tried to resolve with the player before posting?: Messaged on TeamSpeak, no response.

I know VDM is not okay and I did apologize from inside the vehicle but clearly you could not hear it, I wasn't able to get the players name I VDM'ed and also I tried to turn out of his way and he ran back to me however it doesn't look like this in the video, I was not contacted on teamspeak before this report was put up so I'm not sure where this came from but okay...

I made contact with your gangs "Administator" as you like to call them, who did not respond to my messages, you were not available at this time. I am not going to wait for you to come on and have the 24 hours I have to report this run out.

EDIT: I've had a chat with JimJam, and I'll happily redact the report against him.

Coming to the report my intention's was never to VDM you. We were talking with JimJam and we were trying to box you. But you and the ifrit desynced a lot and since hunter move's slower than the hbsport i hit you twice. First contact was i was going fast to hit the wall and block you in but you turned around suddenly and i hit you and then i kept going but you kept going aswell that resulted me hitting you and flipping you. I never intentionally VDM'ed you my only intentions was to box you in but you kept speeding as i was trying and resulted in me hitting you. I apologise for this mistake. This is my side of the story.I am in this community for too long to blatantly VDM someone i know the rules by heart and practice on them everyday. Have a good day everyone,

I wish i had but due to the fps drops i was having at that moment i had to close down my recorder. And on the contacting us and waiting all day matter. You could've contacted us after the incident. We were on all night. Why didnt you?

It doesn't matter if I contacted you at the time or not, I tried making contact, either way you VDMed, which as a gang leader/co-leader or whatever you are, I would expect a bit more care.

I would like to end this argument and have an Administrator to review it.

Well as i said my intentions were never to VDM you. As spending 10-11 month in this community i know the rules by heart. Everyone makes mistakes and this is i believe the 3 report agaisnt me all that time. And as a long and royal member of this community it saddness me that you're not even willing at all to resolve it. Nothing much to say i guess it's admin's decision from now on.

Edit:And it's strange that you use tilde key or scroll wheel every time you see a vehicle. And as you can see near the end i swerved and tried to throttle to keep you there but youre the one who keeps going thru a little gap while you can see i am driving forward clearly. And no initiations were made when you started shooting at my tires.

Read the rule. What did it identify this time? Exactly. Did I once use this information for my personal advantage? Refer to the other report against your gang members before commenting on this.

That was not tilde key. And what do you mean refer to the other report against your member? And why did you used scroll wheel on me then? You claimin i vdmed you but you used scroll wheel before we collided. You identified the Huron aswell.

A. It's habit.
B. It doesn't matter whether or not you've already broken rules. I am always recording with ShadowPlay, doing this allows me to ID anyone who breaks rules in my view, be it before or after I obtain their name.
C. It's habit, most people do it - never using it to benefit themselves.

Why are you acting so malicious and toxic? I tried to contact you. You said you dont wanna resolve it. Now youre taking my members into the discussion and talking about revenge reports. Are you sure you're objective on this report and it's not up just to get a Gc member banned as i've been told 'some' people were using bad words while an hostage op going on today. So you're taking everyone's name incase they break the rules and trying to make it look okay because it's a habit to you?

Alright must have not seen this in all those Posts. Jim Jam will not be banned.

[GC] Ali - Denied - It honestly looks like Dsync to me wich often happens when multiple "big" Vehicles are in the Area. In futre make sure to keep enough distance if possible to prevent those things from happening.

Also:

SGT Kevin - Banned - Using the Tilde Key + the Scroll technique to identify Vehciles (Ifrit,Cars and a Huron) multiple times and also:

There really was no need for this comment. still the reason for the ban is the "Metagaming".
