Hello everyone my name is Ali. I am currently the co-leader of Ghost Cartel. I know people are having trouble with us recently but i must say me and my leader @Zeiger are working our asses off to fix these issues you might have with our members. I was on a vacation but i am back now. I am spending mostly all my day with my gang trying to help them improve in every way. Not only in the terms of rules and in manners. We have been in contact with Mr @Neo aswell discussing and taking wise advises from him. He has in my opinion been very helpfull to us and hopefully he still will aswell since i didnt had the satisfaction to play with him due to my recent vacation and his house moving. But i have been taking a lots of complaints mostly from cops. I am not pointing out fingers to anyone here please do not misunderstand me. From now on i as the co-leader of Ghost Cartel dont want to see any senseless thread about my gang. If you have a problem with us that is perfectly fine however please contact me or my leader Zeiger for help. Because when you go and complain to a regular member he never passes that to us and doesnt inform us about the events. But if you inform us you will be helped with everyway we can and we will improve that individual in every way. But seeing these senseless public complaints or 'jokes' on forums is not helping us and you in no way. We need room for improvements and feedbacks in order to move forward. I have been having some police officers opening senseless threads and trying to be sarcastic on us which does no good for us or them. And i have been having again officers coming into our lobby telling they hate Gc and getting messages 'Gc is already hated by the police why are you doing this why are you doing that' For the record i see this as bullying since its happening too much and pushing every member of Ghost Cartel to the limits. And this is in no way a threat only a statement if i get more bs from anyone like this i will be starting putting up reports about it under the rule of bullying which i should done a lot long ago. But i am a patient person who knows better of this community since i am here for almost 10 months and been logging almost everyday and enjoying every second of it. So to sum up this large wall of words if you have a problem with an individual or individuals in Ghost Cartel please contact an administrator me or the leader. Please do not make unconstructive or sarcastic comments on this thread. If you have something constructive please do give feedback or contact me personally.  I appreciate it if you read it so far. PS: Were on server 2 because we cannot fit all our members in server 1 since it gets full the second after the restart. And we cannot fit 15-20 people in there and dont have the strong fingers to keep pressing space bar. Were not afraid of anyone we are the Ghost's. ;)  ​

@SGT Ali as you know i have a real soft spot for gc as ive spent a bit of time with you guys and all i will say from experience of being in charge of a big gang is that when you mass recruit which gc has been doing lately you will always get teething problems as a gang as large as yours can pretty much dominate a server, which then gives newer members of the gang a bit of big head syndrome as they then go about throwing there weight around as they know they have massive back up.

All you need to do is keep them on a tight leash and teach them the ways on how to behave and earn the respect of the other players otherwise it will only go one of 2 ways and as weve seen in the past and more recently big gangs dont last long if the people at the top dont keep a tight hold on there members.

just remember how well respected the unmc were before we started the mass recruitment drive which lead to our demise, like i said this is only my opinion from being in charge of a 75 strong military group, as id really hate to see gc go the way of the massive gangs before them, so good luck my friend hope you can put things right

Fair play to you for taking the time to say this, we're all aware of some of the issues, and as a cop myself I can see where some of the cops come from. You've got eggs both good and bad and I believe that we need to lay off you a bit. At the same time I see GC members in our liason office every ten minutes or some of your members messaging cops on TS when things go the wrong way as well as cops messaging you guys when they don't go their way too.

Morale of the story is nobody can truly win and we might as well enjoy ourselves and stop taking shit so personally.
