Provide a one sentence summary of the bug: Helicopter stats not consistent, same upgrades different acceleration stats
Provide a full description of the bug: 2 of the NPAS Helicopters have the same upgrades, only thing different is the livery however one has a 31 acceleration stat, the other has a 50.
