Provide a one sentence summary of the bug: New Flatbed MTL truck does not spawn at CIV impound correctly
Provide a full description of the bug: when pulling the new MTL flatbed out from Civilian parking it has a mind of its own, as you will see from the clip is can land anywhere but never on its wheels correctly. Prior to the link below the truck actually downed me but the lovely Bobinz came to my rescue (thanks again for help)

Thanks for making the bug report.

This has been fixed for a future update. I will update the post once the fix has been implemented.
