Provide a one sentence summary of the bug: Police Komoda/Thrust headlight issue
Provide a full description of the bug: The Thurst and Komoda police vehicles when their blue lights are engaged their headlights also flash on and off repeatedly in sync with the blue lights, the other police vehicles do not do this and pressing H does not fix the issue. It's really disorientating
